Shane and I just had our very first "Married Thanksgiving" and it was so much fun. Because it was just the two of us (and only Shane eats meat), it didn't make much sense to track down a turkey in Wellington. I also am pretty sure that it wouldn't have fit into our tiny oven anyway. So guinea fowl it was! We have so much to be thankful for this year and we spent dinner going back and forth over the many things that we are grateful for in our lives. Please note the small piece of the apple upside down cake that was eaten by a certain someone the night before Thanksgiving. 

Time to wrap up the leftovers and go camping for the weekend!
